Privacy Policy

The short version: Invoicely keeps everything on your device. The app has no accounts, no servers, and no analytics. Your invoices, clients, products, and payment records never leave your iPhone unless you choose to share a file yourself.

Who we are

Invoicely (“the app”) is developed by Alsan Studio (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the app handles your information.

Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information. The app does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not operate servers that receive your data.

All content you create in the app — including your business details, clients, products, invoices, line items, and payment records — is stored locally on your device using Apple’s on-device database (SwiftData). This data stays on your device.

How your data is used

Your data is used only to provide the app’s features: creating invoices and receipts, tracking payments, and generating PDF documents. All of this processing happens on your device.

Sharing and PDFs

When you export or share an invoice or receipt, the app generates a PDF on your device and hands it to the standard iOS share sheet. You decide where it goes — for example email, messages, or a file you save. We are not involved in that transfer and never receive a copy.

Third parties

The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting services. No software development kits that transmit your data are included.

Data retention and deletion

Because your data lives only on your device, you are in full control of it. Deleting a record in the app removes it. Deleting the app from your device removes all data the app stored. We cannot access, recover, or delete your data for you, because we never have it.

Backups

If you use Apple’s device backup (iCloud Backup or an encrypted local backup), your app data may be included in that backup under Apple’s terms and your iCloud settings. That backup is managed by Apple, not by us.

Children’s privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, regardless of age.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
