These terms govern your use of Invoicely (“the app”), an iOS application developed by Alsan Studio (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. The app

Invoicely helps you create invoices and receipts, manage clients and products, and track payments on your device. The app has no user accounts and no subscriptions. It runs locally on your iPhone.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you enter and the documents you generate, including their accuracy and compliance with any laws that apply to your business, such as tax and invoicing rules in your jurisdiction. Invoicely is a tool for producing documents; it does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.

3. Your data and content

You own the data you create and the invoices, receipts, and PDFs you generate. Your data is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, including creating fraudulent or deceptive documents, and not to attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the app except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its design, templates, and branding are owned by Alsan Studio and are licensed, not sold, to you for personal or business use within the app. The documents you create with the app are yours.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every requirement of your business.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alsan Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

8. Changes to the app and terms

We may update the app and these terms over time. When we change these terms, we will update the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. App Store terms

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store, and your use is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
